'About this listing

Our house is a very convenient place.

From Kyoto station is (15 mins.straight) on foot./(5 mins) by taxi

The nearest subway is Jujo station on Karasuma subway line.

Only 1min from Jujo sta. It's two stops from Kyoto sta.

Fushimi-inari-taisha is 10 mins (about 1000 yen) by taxi.

The space

Our house is a room in Yuri managed from February, 2015. https://www.airbnb.jp/rooms/5626771

We take operation over from July, 2017.

It's a comfortable room .Please Enjoy the experience of living in a typical Japan home in Kyoto.

We continue the house which opens from 2015 and manage from July, 2017.

This house has space for 10 people maximum.

However taking your luggage into consideration, 6-8 people probably is more reasonable. You and your friends or families can use the room by only yourself.

This house is well accommodated Perfect for family trip or a group of friends who want to experience the traditional Japanese culture.

This room is your own private house.(not shared)

- Air conditioner full equipment.

* Living room *

Living room is equipped with TV, five kinds of video games, separate speakers to plug phones to listen music. It has a sofa that converts to solid double size bed.

* Kitchen熱銷 Dining room *

Dining room has a big dining table with chairs.

It has large kitchen with a fridge to do proper cooking.

Kitchen is well stocked with all cooking needs. - Refrigrator - Microwave - Kettle - Toaster - Cups

Please separate all the garbage into a garbage bag.

* Bed rooms *

There are two large bedrooms with tatami mats on the second floor. Each room takes up to 3 people to sleep.

During day time all futons can be put away in the closet to create more room. It comes with small table and pillows to sit on.

* Towels and Sheets *

All futons come with clean sheets and pillow cases. Clean towels will be provided to the entire number of guests.

* Bathroom *

It has separate room with bathtub and shower.

bathroom:

- Shampoo and Conditioner - body soap - soap - Facial towels

- Bath towels - Hair dryer

* Toilet *

It has separate toilet room.

* Washing *

Washing machine is placed next to the kitchen Guests can hang their laundry in the room or balcony on the second floor.

* Free Mobile WiFi * Portable mobile WiFi devices is provided. Guests can take it outside during their stay to be connected. Please make sure it is charged once back in the house.

* Finding the house *

Guests will be provided with detailed map of how to get to the house and obtain keys.

It has living and dining rooms on the ground floor and two Tatami bedrooms on second floor.

* Shopping *

There is family mart convenience store next block to the house. It’s open 24 hours. near the jujo station.

** Reasons to book this place **

1. Good access from Kyoto station! It only takes 1 minute on foot to the nearest station.

2. There is a convenience store just 30 seconds from the house. There also is an Okonomiyaki restaurant called chobochobo close from this house.

3. Rooms are filled with tatamis. You can enjoy Japanese traditional atmosphere house.

4. You can play free many games.

** Reasons NOT to book this place **

1. There is no sightseeing spot such as shrines or temples around house within walking distance.

2. It is an old and traditional house so there are some stains on the wall.

3.This accommodation have Japanese Traditional Tatami room, because of that, sometimes have ''fresh grass'' smell. But we can guarantee your stay in Japan will not be unique as without it.

Guests are not sharing any of these facilities.
